HOW TO MAKE BAKSO
MATERIALS:
300 GR BEEF OR CHICKEN chopped
3 HR KANJI FLOUR (FLOUR TAPIOCA)
3 FRUITS GARLIC, mashed / 2 SDT GARLIC POWDER
1 egg, white ONLY
SDT BAKING POWDER 1 DEVELOPING GOOD TO BE baksonya
1 tsp fine salt
1 BLOCK FRUIT MAGGI
Pepper powder to taste
PALA powder to taste

MAKING:
ABOVE ALL MATERIALS WITH Stir until mixed BLENDER
FLAT AND SOFT. REPEAT MANY TIMES UNTIL SMOOTH AND SOFT.

IF TOO HARD DIBLEND, GIVE A LITTLE WATER ICE.

AFTER FINE AND UNEVEN, FORM A BULATAN2 BAKSO
(Aka. bulb) 2 USING SMALL FRUIT SPOON.

IF MY LAZY AS THERE ARE MORE PRACTICAL WAY;
